Conditions for Story Generator App

Account Registration: Users can create an account by providing valid and accurate information.

Types of login: free and premium. Free users can generate up to 5 stories, while premium users have access to 70,000 words (~70 stories).

Subscription and Auto-Renewal: The premium membership is a subscription-based service. The subscription is auto-renewable, which means it will automatically renew unless cancelled by the user. This subscription usually costs 5 dollars. When you open this page, the price will be displayed according to your region and local currency. In the screenshot below, all prices are in Pakistani rupees.

Cancelling Subscription: Users can cancel their premium subscription at any time from within the App. Subscriptions can also be cancelled from the App Store. Once cancelled, the premium features will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.

Account Deletion: Users have the option to delete their account and all associated data from within the App. Account deletion will remove all user-generated stories and personal information from the App’s servers.

Security and Privacy: Your security and privacy are of utmost importance to us. We implement reasonable measures to protect your data. You can cancel your account and delete your data at any time from within the App.

Intellectual Property: All stories generated through the App are the intellectual property of the user who created them. The App retains no ownership rights over the stories generated by the users.

Changes to the App and Terms: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in the App’s features or legal requirements.

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

1. Usage Limits: Our system has a soft limit to paraphrase up to 200,000 words and a hard limit of 400,000 words per month. This means that we advise users to stay within the 200,000 words limit, but will allow usage up to 400,000 words in special circumstances. Please note that these limits apply across all your projects and all platforms (web, mobile, API) where our service is available.
2. Abuse and Robotic Usage: We actively monitor the usage of our service for abusive or robotic usage. Abusive usage includes, but is not limited to, attempts to bypass our system limits, fraudulent activities, or any other action that negatively impacts our service or other users. Robotic usage refers to the use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or use our service.
3. Account Suspension and Revocation: If we determine that your usage is abusive or robotic, or you are otherwise in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to our service. This may include suspending or cancelling your subscription without prior notice.
4. Non-Transferable Credentials: User credentials are non-transferable, and sharing access with others is not permitted.
5. No Refunds for Illegal Actions: If a user engages in illegal or prohibited activities, any requests for refunds will be denied.

Refund policy

After a successful subscription, the premium subscription can be refunded within 48 hours. Any subscription that has expired more than 48 hours will not be refunded.

Refund Reasons:

• If your account has not been upgraded from free to premium status
• If you can’t access Premium Modes
• If you are not satisfied with the result of the results

The third requirement will only apply to the first refund. If the customer purchases another membership, a chargeback based on ” unsatisfied output quality ” will not be accepted .
